• Face to face, you may engage my services while at a customer’s location or various events.

• Third Party, for example, we may be recommended by an estate agent

We use this information to operate and maintain our business, this includes:

• To keep customers informed of appointments and to ensure the works can be completed

• To contact you following works for customer feedback

• To keep accurate accounting records of works completed

• To ask if you wish to be contacted in within 18 months after works have been complete to book an appointment

We may be contacted by a third party undertake works, for example an estate agent on behalf of a tenant or landlord. This may include personal information and all information received will be held under the terms of this policy.

We may directly collect Analytics data, or use third-party analytics tools and services to help us measure traffic and usage trends for our website and social media accounts. These tools collect information sent by your browser or mobile device, including the pages you visit and other information that assists us in improving our services. We collect and use this information in aggregate form such that it cannot reasonably be manipulated to identify any particular individual user.

To provide this insight we use Google Analytics & Facebook.

How We Store and Protect Your Information

Storage and Processing:

All personal information provided to us will be securely stored either in digital format (email, text messages, direct messaging) or physical format (Invoice pads)

All processing of customer information will only be undertaken by Precision Appliance Repair

How long do we keep and process your information?

Personal information used for invoicing will be kept in accordance with UK Tax Laws, currently this is 6 years.

Diary – All personal information stored in works diary will be stored for 3 years maximum. (1 year of current diary, 2 years in storage for reference)​

Once the time limit has passed for each element, all records will be destroyed.

Your Choices about Your Information:

You have the right to request all the information we have about you, this is to make sure the information we have is accurate and up to date and also to request that we delete it, to make a request please either email  or write to:
